Our popular 'Cocktails & Cinema' nights continue their Christmas run with a free showing of Tim Burtons classic animation of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas'.
This Christmas 'must-see' was originally released in 1990 and tells the story of 8-year-old Kevin McCallister, who is accidentally left behind when his family leaves for a Christmas vacation. He initially enjoys his freedom but must soon defend his home from two bungling burglars. The film was written by John Hughes and directed by Chris Columbus.
No booking required. 18 and over only please.
The bar is open as usual to all guests, the movie is shown on a big screen at the back of the bar with the film soundtrack played through the speakers. This is not a 'silent' cinema style night, but a chatty, film in the background based experience.
