Opening on the 28th of November 2025, within its first six months of trading the Aviary bar had already won two prestigious awards.
Nominated in four categories at the 2025 Coventry & Warwickshire 'FOODIE' awards, we took home the highest honour of being crowned 'Best Bar' in Warwickshire, early in 2025.
Not long after that, we were invited to the National Pub & Bar awards ceremony in London, where we were awarded the status of 'Highly Recommended Place of Excellence', the only UK cocktail bar to do so.
With a management team consisting of longtime friends, Nicky Blower and Ian 'Fizz' Fisermanis, the Aviary had a good pedigree, as these two had previously won multiple awards in the bar industry.
Back this up with our amazing bartenders Aedan and Tegan, new comers Grace and Oliver, and their backing group (the part-timers) Jack, Jewels, and Frankie.... it's no wonder the judges reason for our win was 'with a friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable team, the Aviary is a no brainer choice for a night out with friends'.
